No One Can Survive COVID-19 on an Empty Stomach

As many of you know Renee and I have been involved with Havserve for several years now. It started with a two week trip in 2016 to help build community gardens and teach summer camp. In 2017 Renee and I became financial partners supporting school construction and sponsoring students. I returned in 2018 to work on getting water to the Havserve Academy. In 2019 I worked on the sanitation system. I was also blessed with the honor of giving the commencement speech to the first graduate class of the Academy. In 2020 I was asked to be a board member which I excepted and was looking forward to returning to Lebrun in March when the world stopped turning!

Look I know we have people in need right here at home and we are all lucky to live in a country where we have resources to help. Unfortunately in Haiti those resources don't exist. While our school is closed due to the epidemic we're asking for a little help to keep our kids fed at home. We have over 120 kids and families so the need is great.
